1. Envelope with 80 yen stamp.
2. "yaneura no neko"
封筒にyaneura-no-nekoの郵便番号・住所、「yaneura-no-neko入会希望係」を明記の上、80円切手を貼ってください。
※①の封筒を②の封筒に入れ、お送り下さい。

Notes
Do not accept postcard.
Please be sure to enter your postal code number, the address, and the name in a self-addressed envelope, and to stick the stamp of 80 yen.
Will be invalid if there is no stamp on the envelope
